We were lucky enough to receive some samples of Charlie Banana Diapers to try out when we were brand new to using reusable nappies.

When I received them I wasn’t disappointed. They are nice and thin and come with 2 inserts and a disposable liner ( which I love especially when someone is looking after my daughters and they aren’t too keen on reusable nappies.) The colours are nice and bright too.

We have been using them now for 3 months and we haven’t had any leaks even at night. They are really simple to use ( even my husband can work them out ) we use an insert which does us fine during the day but if we go out we do tend to put in a disposable liner as then we don’t need to worry about carrying around a smelly nappy but this is our own preference. At night time we use 2 inserts and the nappy is still pretty slimline unlike some of the reusables which are really bulky when you add 2 inserts.

The nappies wash really well and dry really quickly which is a massive plus point for me as I either hang them on the line to dry or hang them on a dryer overnight. The inserts take a little longer to dry than the outer but because they come with 2 inserts I always have a Charlie Banana to hand.

Overall we found these nappies to be a good fit for my girls and would recommend them.
